All of our postal deliveries are made via the Royal Mail signed for service. This is normally 48 hours. Please allow enough time when ordering your medication from your GP, so that you do not have any shortages especially over a seasonal holiday.
Refrigerated items are sent via a refrigerated courier service, and a date is agreed in advance with the patient to make sure that they are in.
Controlled drugs are also sent via the Royal Mail tracked and signed for delivery service, and we also inform the patient when these items have been dispatched to make sure delivery can be accepted at the recipients address.
If the delivery of controlled drugs cannot be made the item will be returned back to the pharmacy
To arrange the return of your unwanted medicines to Door 2 Door Pharmacy, please call us on 01274 231699 (Bradford) or 01924 695395 (Wakefield) and speak to a member of our dispensary team.
We have the facility to accept your prescriptions in an electronic manner, which can be sent directly from your local GP surgery.
